What is Screen Printing?

The most common & economical method for T-shirt printing is SCREEN PRINTING. A different screen is made for each color of your design from color separated films and printed one color at a time. Ink is then pressed through the screens to create the desired image or artwork wanted by the customer. The prints will have long lasting durability, wash ability, and can be placed almost anywhere on the shirt or garment.

Many Special effects are available with screen printing such as Rhinestones, Foil Printing, Puff Printing, Glitter effects just to name a few.

We are able to do up to 10 colors per design. This is more than enough for most designs; we do have the availability to provide the four color process for some designs (limited), which can reproduce most photos or full color images. Also we can "create" new colors or shades of colors by using what are called "half tones". Half tones are small dots of color laid down in various sizes and spacing over other colors to make a whole new color. (i.e. blue dots are placed over a yellow space - creating a green area.)

Not sure how many colors your design will require? If you have questions on how many colors you have in your design, please call for more information.
